Jualito & Hito - Muffin Tin Monday

This Muffin Tin Monday was inspired by Waylon's visit from his Jualito this past week. Jualito is my Dad; he rode his motorcycle down from the mountains of Denver, CO for a visit. (Jualito is Spanish slang for Grandpa. Abuelito is a more proper term.) So, our Hito (that would be Waylon) got to have lots of fun getting to play with his "Wawito." While he was here, I made his favorite soup that I make, Taco Soup, which is such a simple recipe. I was more than happy to oblige and decided it would be a fun Muffin Tin Monday, as well. Hope you enjoy! We sure did!
